Refund Policy

Effective date: 15 July 2026 · Last updated: 15 July 2026

This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for services provided by Quorinava Limited ("we", "us") in connection with the BoltVPN product and white-label VPN applications operated on our platform.

1. Subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play

End-user subscriptions in our apps (and in client-branded apps built on our platform) are purchased and billed by Apple or Google, not by us directly. As a result:

We will reasonably assist with information needed to support a store refund request, but the decision rests with the store operator.

2. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged if you cancel the subscription in your store account settings before the trial period ends. Charges made after a trial converts to a paid subscription follow the store refund rules in Section 1.

3. Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

4. Service issues

If the service was materially unavailable or defective for an extended period and this is attributable to our infrastructure, contact us at a@itzenit.com within 14 days of the incident. Where a store refund is not available, we may at our discretion provide a remedy such as service credit or an equivalent extension of your subscription.

5. Business clients

Fees paid by business clients under a Master Services Agreement (setup, licensing, infrastructure) are governed by the refund and termination provisions of that agreement. Unless the MSA provides otherwise, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
