Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, the BoltVPN product and the white-label VPN platform (the "Services") operated by Quorinava Limited ("Quorinava", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office at Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367–375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Business clients licensing the white-label platform enter into a separate Master Services Agreement ("MSA") with Quorinava Limited. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed MSA, the MSA prevails.

1. The Services

Quorinava provides a white-label VPN platform: branded iOS and Android applications, server infrastructure, subscription management and an administration panel, deployed and operated for business clients under their own brand. VPN functionality encrypts network traffic between an end-user device and our servers.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription plans may limit the number of simultaneous devices per account (typically up to 5).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
send spam, distribute malware, operate botnets, or conduct network attacks (including DDoS, port scanning or unauthorised access attempts);
transmit, store or distribute child sexual abuse material or other illegal content;
engage in fraud, or circumvent security or authentication measures of third parties;
resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services except under a signed agreement with Quorinava.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this section without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions, billing and trials

End-user subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms; prices and plans are displayed in-app before purchase.
Free trials convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings.
Business clients are invoiced per their MSA.
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and documentation, are owned by Quorinava Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Business clients retain all rights to their own brands and trademarks applied to white-label applications. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms or an applicable MSA. WireGuard® is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Connection speeds depend on location, network conditions and plan tier. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to business clients where practicable. Service-level commitments for business clients are set out in the MSA.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. A VPN improves privacy in transit but does not make you anonymous and does not protect against all security threats.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorinava Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us anything. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Quorinava Limited against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access for breach of these Terms, where required by law, or upon discontinuation of the Services with reasonable notice. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email to business clients.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
